The KENNAMETAL 4045237 is a solid carbide turning insert in DCGT21505HP geometry with KCU10 grade, designed for high-precision finishing operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The insert features a 55-degree diamond (rhombic) shape, a 0.25-inch inscribed circle, and a 0.0079-inch corner radius. A TiAlN PVD coating delivers high wear resistance across a range of workpiece materials. The positive rake angle of 15 degrees and honed cutting edge reduce cutting forces during light finishing passes. Installation Notes
