The KENNAMETAL 4034882 is a solid carbide trigon milling insert with ANSI/ISO designation WOEJ090512SRGD, manufactured in grade KC522M with a PVD-applied AlTiN coating. The insert features an 80-degree included angle, six cutting edges, a positive 15-degree rake angle, and a honed T-Land cutting edge style for consistent chip formation. At 0.213 inches thick with a 0.35-inch inscribed circle diameter and a 0.0480-inch corner radius, this double-sided insert is engineered for milling applications across steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and superalloys including titanium. It is held by screw and suits right-hand cutting configurations. Weighing 0.019 pounds per insert, it fits the KenFeed cutter series.
