Running the NV4 insert style in the Top Notch series, this right-hand insert features a 0.1181-inch cutting width and a maximum depth of cut of 0.201 inches. The physical vapor deposition (PVD) AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life across a range of workpiece materials. Machinists and toolroom technicians working with C2 and C6 material grades will find this insert suited to demanding interrupted cuts and finishing passes where edge consistency matters.

This insert is intended for use in Top Notch series grooving toolholders that accept size 4 insert seats.
