The KENNAMETAL 3959612 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ISO designation EDCT10T302PDERLD and manufacturer grade KCPK30. It features a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3 for wear resistance and thermal stability across a broad range of cutting conditions. The insert is parallelogram-shaped with a 70-degree included angle, a positive rake angle of 15 degrees, and a honed cutting edge style. With a thickness of 0.1476 inches and a width of 0.2657 inches, this right-hand, single-sided insert delivers two cutting edges per piece. It is compatible with the Mill 1-10 cutter series and is held in place by a screw-type clamping method.
