The KENNAMETAL 3884397 is a solid carbide replaceable tip drill from the KSEM series, designed for high-performance drilling in demanding industrial and metalworking applications. The tip carries an AlCr PVD coating and a 140-degree included point angle, making it well suited for entry into hardened and abrasion-resistant workpiece materials. The insert geometry is HPCCL, held by a clamp in an insert seat size C body. At 13.50mm (0.5315 inches) cutting diameter and 9.00mm tip height, this is a precision drill tip installed by machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC setup personnel on compatible KSEM shanks.

This replaceable tip is engineered for drilling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium, covering ISO material grades P, M, K, N, and S.
