The KENNAMETAL 3760326 is a DCMT3251MF solid carbide turning insert in the KCM25 grade, designed for precision metal removal on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries a multilayer CVD coating - TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3 - applied via MTCVD process, which builds wear resistance and thermal barrier properties in a single insert body. The 55-degree diamond (rhombic) shape provides a strong cutting geometry while the MF chip breaker geometry targets finishing and medium machining operations. Insert length is 11.63 mm with a 3/8 inch inscribed circle and a 1/64 inch corner radius. The screw-on holding method provides positive, repeatable seating in compatible toolholders. Installation Notes
