The KENNAMETAL 3752074 is a solid carbide turning insert with ANSI designation CPMT2151LF and ISO designation CPMT060204, designed for precision metal removal in turning, facing, and boring operations. The insert features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape with a positive rake angle and positive side clearance, making it well-suited for controlled chip formation in finishing and light machining applications. The multilayer CVD coating combines TiCN and Al2O3 applied via MTCVD process under the KCK05 grade, delivering high wear resistance across steel and cast iron workpiece materials. This insert is intended for finishing and light machining passes on steel (P-class) and cast iron (K-class) workpieces, with secondary suitability for nonferrous materials (N-class). Installation Notes
