The KENNAMETAL 3751511 is a CNMG432RP-style indexable turning insert in the KENLOC series, finished with a multilayer TiCN and Al2O3 CVD coating under the KCP05 grade designation. It features an 80-degree diamond shape, a neutral hand orientation, and a negative rake geometry with a chamfered and honed cutting edge. The insert measures 12.9 mm (0.5077 inches) in length with a 1/2-inch inscribed circle and a 1/32-inch corner radius. Four cutting edges are available per insert. Licensed HVAC techs and machinists in production turning environments select this insert for its durability on steel and cast iron workpieces.
