The KENNAMETAL 3660436 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, and a 0.12 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge. The 2-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials. At 4 inches overall length with a 3/4 inch straight cylindrical shank, this is a short-series tool built for rigidity. Licensed machinists and CNC setup technicians are the primary installers of this tool.

This end mill is suited for roughing operations on non-ferrous metal workpieces in both production and job-shop environments. The centercutting capability allows plunge entry, and the coarse pitch geometry supports aggressive material removal rates. It is designed for use with HC 1/2 through HC 1-1/4 hydraulic sleeves with inch bores, HC 20M through HC 32M hydraulic sleeves metric with inch bores, and HC-HSK Form A toolholders. Single-end configuration means the tool is replaced rather than flipped at end of life.

Installation Notes
