The KENNAMETAL 3658816 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in non-ferrous metal applications. The cutter measures 1/4 inch in diameter with a 0.03 inch corner radius, a 3/8 inch length of cut, and a 2 inch overall length. Three right-hand spiral flutes with a high helix angle and coarse pitch promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The bright uncoated finish suits applications where coating interaction with the workpiece material is a concern. This tool is a single-end, center-cutting design built from submicron solid carbide for rigidity and edge retention at elevated cutting speeds.

This end mill is suited for finish and roughing operations in non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, and brass. The AADE series short-length geometry is well matched to CNC machining centers where a compact tool overhang reduces deflection. The 1/4 inch straight cylindrical shank fits standard collet chucks and hydraulic toolholders. Compatible hydraulic sleeve toolholders include the HC 20M through HC 32M Hydraulic Sleeves Metric with Inch Bores and the HC-CV Form AD.
