The KENNAMETAL 3641741 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining environments. Manufactured to the ISO designation EDPT10T304PDERHD and ANSI code EP1004EHD, this right-hand, single-sided insert features a parallelogram shape with a 70-degree included angle and a positive rake geometry. The HD chip breaker and honed cutting edge work together to manage chip flow and extend tool life. Applied via PVD process, the TiAlN coating provides thermal and oxidation resistance suited to aggressive milling cuts in steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium.
