The KENNAMETAL 3637560 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 10 mm cutting diameter, a 22 mm length of cut, and a 2-flute configuration with a high helix spiral geometry. The coarse pitch and centercutting design allow it to plunge and ramp into workpieces without a pre-drilled starting hole. At 76 mm overall length with a 10 mm straight cylindrical shank, this single-end tool fits standard ER collet systems and is suited for CNC milling operations in job shops and production environments.
This end mill is intended for roughing operations on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, and similar materials. Its right-hand cutting direction and right-hand flute orientation are consistent with conventional CNC milling setups. The uncoated bright finish is appropriate for non-ferrous applications where coating is not required and where chip evacuation and surface finish are priorities. It belongs to the ABDF series and is compatible with ER single angle standard collets for reliable tool holding.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Before tool changes, confirm the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state per shop lockout procedures. Seat the shank fully into the collet and torque the collet nut to the collet manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning the cut to avoid premature edge wear.
