The KENNAMETAL 3383295 is a polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) turning insert with ANSI code CPGW2151S0415C and manufacturer grade KB1345. It features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) insert shape, a 1/4-inch (0.2500-inch) inscribed circle, and a 1/64-inch (0.0156-inch) corner radius. The insert is uncoated (bright finish) with a positive side clearance and an 11-degree relief angle. Insert thickness is 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch). KB1345 is a cast iron grade engineered for moderate wear-resistance and toughness through high toughness applications.
