The grade KCMS15 fine-grain carbide substrate is PVD-coated with AlTiN for thermal resistance and wear life. This tip is a clamp-held insert with a helical flute design and regular spiral, making it suited for production drilling operations where consistent hole quality and tool longevity are priorities.
