The KENNAMETAL 2509388 is a solid carbide milling insert with ISO designation EDPT180516PDSRGD and manufacturer grade KCPK30. It features a parallelogram shape with a positive rake angle and a 15-degree relief angle, making it well suited for face and shoulder milling operations where controlled chip flow and edge stability are priorities. The insert carries a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3, which provides thermal resistance and wear protection across a broad range of cutting conditions.
