The KENNAMETAL 2390286 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ISO designation SDET1204PDERGB2 and manufactured to the KCK15 grade. It features a multi-layer CVD coating stack — TiN, TiCN, and Al2O3 — applied over the carbide substrate to extend wear resistance and thermal stability during interrupted cutting. The insert is square in shape with a 90-degree included angle, a 0.0315-inch corner radius, and a 15-degree relief angle. At 0.1875 inches thick and 0.5000 inches inscribed circle diameter, it fits standard SDET-style milling bodies. Right-hand cutting orientation.
