The KENNAMETAL 1913568 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill designed for high-performance hole-making in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It measures 4.20 mm in diameter with an overall length of 74.00 mm (2.9134 inches) and a flute length of 36.00 mm (1.4173 inches). The 140-degree split point reduces walking and decreases thrust force at entry. A TiAlN coating provides thermal resistance and extends tool life in demanding production environments. The straight cylindrical shank seats in standard drill chucks without additional toolholding hardware. This drill is sized to DIN 6537L and suited for machinists, tool-and-die makers, and CNC operators running moderate to high-volume drilling cycles.
This drill is built for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous materials. It fits production and job-shop environments where consistent hole quality and tool life are required. The web-thinned geometry reduces centerline pressure and improves chip evacuation in deeper passes. With a maximum drilling depth of 29.00 mm (1.1417 inches) and coolant-through capability, it suits applications where thermal management at the cutting edge is critical. The right-hand spiral flute direction is compatible with standard spindle rotation on vertical machining centers, knee mills, and bench drill presses.

Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators familiar with cutting tool setup.
