The KENNAMETAL 1913496 is a solid carbide screw machine length drill bit designed for high-productivity drilling in ferrous metals and cast iron. It measures 10.50 mm (0.4134 inches) in diameter with a 140-degree split point and carries a multilayer TiAlN coating that extends tool life in demanding cutting conditions. The right-hand spiral flute geometry evacuates chips efficiently during through-hole and blind-hole operations. At 102.00 mm (4.016 inches) overall length with a 55.00 mm (2.165 inches) flute length, it fits standard CNC machining centers, drill presses, and screw machines. Machinists, toolroom technicians, and production floor operators use this bit in high-volume applications where consistent hole quality and dimensional accuracy are required.
This drill bit is suited for drilling cast iron and steel in production machining environments, including automated CNC drilling cycles and manual drill press setups.
