The KENNAMETAL 1868465 is a solid carbide turning insert with ANSI designation VNGP3305 and ISO designation VNGP160402, manufactured in the KC5010 grade within the KENLOC series. Coated with TiAlN via a PVD process, it delivers high wear resistance across steel, stainless steel, and superalloy workpiece materials. The 35-degree diamond (rhombic) insert geometry features a neutral hand orientation, negative rake, and negative side clearance with a honed cutting edge. It provides four usable cutting edges and suits medium machining chip breaker operation.
