The KENNAMETAL 1818115 is a solid carbide grooving insert in the Top Notch series, designed for precision external and internal grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Carrying the KC5025 manufacturer grade with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this insert offers strong wear resistance in a range of workpiece materials. It is a left-hand insert with a 2.39 mm cutting width and a maximum depth of cut of 6.35 mm, making it well suited for shallow to medium-depth groove profiles.
