The KENNAMETAL 1817571 is a solid carbide grooving insert in the Top Notch series, designed for precision grooving and turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The insert features a right-hand orientation, a 0.125-inch (3.18 mm) cutting width, a maximum depth of cut of 0.150 inch (3.81 mm), and a positive rake angle of 10 degrees. The K chip breaker geometry controls chip flow during grooving passes. This insert is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 5 units.
