The KENNAMETAL 1528346 is a 31mm diameter indexable insert drill built for general-purpose drilling in metal cutting applications. This DFT-series drill accepts two DFT05T3 indexable inserts and delivers a maximum drill depth of 3.05 inches at a 2.5xD depth-to-diameter ratio. The 1-1/4 inch Weldon Flat and Flange shank provides secure tool holding in compatible machine spindles. The tool is manufactured from steel and measures 7.875 inches in overall length with a flute length of 3.05 inches. Right-hand cutting geometry and axial concentric coolant entry make it well-suited for production drilling in CNC machining centers and manual mills.
