Built from steel with a 3/4-inch (19.05 mm) shank diameter and a 10-inch overall length, it delivers a minimum bore diameter of 0.93 inches (23.62 mm). The screw-clamping insert holding method provides secure, repeatable seating of CC.. style inserts, while the through-coolant design channels fluid directly to the cutting zone to manage heat and chip evacuation during deep-bore applications. The neutral rake geometry at 0 degrees suits a broad range of workpiece materials. This bar is intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in job shop and production environments.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist with the machine powered down and in a locked-out state before mounting or removing the bar. Connect the through-coolant supply line to the 1/8-27 NPT port before operation and verify flow before engaging the cut. Follow the insert manufacturer's recommended cutting parameters for the specific CC.. insert grade selected.
