The 80-degree diamond insert shape provides a strong cutting geometry, while the positive rake angle and flat-top chipbreaker geometry support efficient chip evacuation. With a 0.1563-inch inscribed circle and a 0.0020-inch corner radius, this insert is suited for finishing and light semi-finishing passes where tight tolerances matter. It mounts via a screw-on holding method and is sold individually per package with a minimum order quantity of 5.
This insert is intended for turning applications on steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium workpiece materials, corresponding to ISO material codes P, M, and S.
