The KENNAMETAL 1162528 is a solid carbide milling insert manufactured to ISO code SPUN190412 and ANSI code SPU633. It carries a KC725M grade designation and features a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process, providing wear resistance and thermal stability during interrupted and continuous milling operations. The insert has a square shape with a neutral hand orientation, a positive rake geometry, and a honed cutting edge style. With 4 usable cutting edges and a flat-top chip breaker, it suits production milling environments where consistent tool life across multiple index positions is required.
