The insert features a multilayer CVD coating of TiC, TiCN, and TiN applied over a carbide substrate, delivering a balance of wear resistance and toughness suited to interrupted and continuous cuts. At 0.375 inches inscribed circle diameter, 0.6496 inches in length, and a 0.0312-inch corner radius, this triangular insert fits standard KENLOC toolholders with clamp and pin retention. This insert is rated for use on steel (P), stainless steel (M), cast iron (K), and special or super alloys (S) workpiece materials, making it a versatile choice across material grades C5 and C6.
