Installation Notes

Insert seating and clamping should be performed with the machine spindle fully stopped and all energy sources locked out per shop LOTO procedures. Inspect the insert pocket and clamping components for chips or debris before seating a new insert. Replace the insert at the first sign of chipping, built-up edge, or dimensional drift in the groove width.
