The KENNAMETAL 1112576 is a solid carbide milling insert with ISO designation ANGT100316PPERLG and manufacturer grade KC725M. It features a parallelogram insert shape with an 85-degree included angle and a right-hand cutting orientation. The insert carries a multilayer PVD coating of TiN, TiCN, and TiN for wear resistance and extended tool life in demanding milling applications. At 0.1417 inches thick and 0.268 inches wide, with a corner radius of 0.0630 inches (1/16 inch), it is designed for precision milling work on steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. Licensed HVAC technicians and machinists in metalworking and manufacturing environments install and index this insert type during routine tooling maintenance.
This insert is suited for milling operations on steel (P), stainless steel (M), superalloys, and titanium (S) workpiece materials. The KC725M grade and PVD coating make it appropriate for challenging cuts where heat resistance and edge integrity are critical. The LG chip breaker geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation during high-feed or finishing passes. It uses a screw holding method and is compatible with ANGT-series insert pockets in right-hand milling tool bodies. This insert is sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of 5 units per order.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement for ANGT100316PPERLG inserts in ANGT-series right-hand milling tool bodies. Primary workpiece material compatibility covers steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium as designated by ISO material codes P, M, and S.
Insert indexing and replacement should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Disengage the machine and confirm the spindle is fully stopped before accessing the tool body. Use the appropriate Torx or hex key driver to back out the clamping screw before seating the new insert, then torque the screw to the tool body specification. Inspect the insert pocket for debris or damage before seating to ensure accurate insert positioning and repeatable cutting geometry.
