Built to the Top Notch Profiling Boring Bar series, this toolholder features a 0.5 inch shank diameter, an 8 inch overall length, and a 17.5-degree lead angle with neutral rake geometry. The insert is secured by a clamp-style holding method, providing rigid, repeatable positioning during interrupted cuts and continuous profiling passes. A built-in coolant-through port with a 1/16-27 NPT thread delivers cutting fluid directly to the insert for improved chip evacuation and tool life.
