Kason 10220000012 is a 0220 series spring hinge assembly with a 1-3/8 inch offset designed for equipment door hinging applications. The assembly features a polished chrome finish, a fully round pivot pin, and adjustable spring tension to compensate for gasket compression. Construction uses a high-pressure die-cast zinc flange and adjustment plate, a chrome-plated brass cover, and a zinc-plated steel strap. The hinge is drilled and countersunk for No. 10 (5.0 mm) screws.
