The JOHNSON LEVEL TOOL 40-6517 is a self-leveling rotary laser level designed for small to mid-size jobsite layout and leveling work. It self-levels in the horizontal plane and manually levels in the vertical plane, giving installers flexibility across a range of applications. An illuminated vertical vial aids alignment in low-light conditions. Rotational speed is adjustable at 200, 400, or 600 RPM to match the task at hand. Visual and audible out-of-level alarms trigger when the unit exceeds its self-leveling range. A locking compensator protects the internal pendulum during transport and storage.

This rotary laser level is suited for residential and light commercial construction tasks including concrete formwork, framing, drop ceiling layout, grading, and site leveling.
