The John Guest PI011224S-US is an acetal push-fit male adapter that connects 3/8-inch outside diameter tubing to 1/2-inch NPTF male pipe thread. It is made from acetal plastic, rated to 145 PSI and 149�F, and accepts plastic, braided, and soft metal tubing for plumbing and hot and cold hydronic heating applications. The fitting is lead-free, removable without damage, and resistant to corrosion and scale.
