The JMF COMPANY 061408300k is a pre-insulated refrigerant line set from the 614 Series, designed for split-system air conditioning and heat pump installations. The set includes a 3/8 inch liquid line and a 7/8 inch suction line, both running 30 feet in length. Insulation is 0.5 inches thick, constructed from NBR and polymeric material with a PVC jacket, and carries an R-value of 3.6. The copper tubing meets ASTM B280, B1003, and E96-00 material standards. Plain-end connections are ready for field flaring or brazing. This line set is installed by licensed HVAC technicians during new equipment installation or system replacement.
The 061408300k suits residential and light commercial split-system cooling and heat pump applications where a 30-foot run is required between the condensing unit and the air handler or evaporator coil. The 3/8 inch liquid line and 7/8 inch suction line sizing is common for mid-range capacity systems. The black PVC-jacketed insulation is appropriate for both interior and exterior routing. The temperature rating of -70 to 220 degrees F covers the full operating range of standard refrigerant systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation line set for residential and light commercial split-system air conditioners and heat pumps requiring a 3/8 inch liquid line and 7/8 inch suction line configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling regulations. Recover any remaining refrigerant and isolate the system before disconnecting existing line sets. Plain-end copper tubing requires field flaring or brazing at connection points — follow all applicable safety procedures for open-flame work in enclosed spaces. Support the line set at regular intervals to prevent sagging and protect the insulation jacket from abrasion.
