The JMF COMPANY 061012250k is an insulated dual refrigerant lineset designed for residential and light commercial HVAC installations. The lineset consists of two copper lines — a 3/8-inch liquid line and a 5/8-inch suction line — each wrapped in foam insulation 3/4 inch thick. Total length is 25 feet. This conventional-series lineset connects an outdoor condensing unit to an indoor evaporator coil and is installed by licensed HVAC technicians as part of a split-system refrigerant circuit. The insulation limits heat gain on the suction line and condensation on the exterior surface during operation.
This lineset is suited for standard residential split-system air conditioning and heat pump installations where a 25-foot run is sufficient to bridge the indoor and outdoor equipment. The 3/8-inch liquid line and 5/8-inch suction line sizing is common for mid-range residential cooling systems. The conventional series designation places this lineset in standard pre-charged or field-charged installation applications. HVAC contractors and refrigeration mechanics are the typical installing trade for this type of component.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation lineset for residential split-system air conditioners and heat pumps using a 3/8-inch liquid line and 5/8-inch suction line configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician following applicable local mechanical codes and EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling regulations. Disconnect and lock out power to both indoor and outdoor units before making any connections. Support the lineset at regular intervals to prevent sagging, and avoid sharp bends that could restrict refrigerant flow or damage the copper. Braze or flare connections per manufacturer specifications and pressure-test the circuit before evacuating and charging the system.
