The JET 530200 is a 5-ton, three-phase stainless steel chain hoist designed for demanding overhead lifting applications in industrial and commercial environments. Prewired at 460 volts from the factory, it accepts dual-voltage input of 230 or 460 volts and provides a 20-inch lift range. This hoist is suited for manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, chemical handling areas, and other environments where stainless steel construction is specified for sanitation or corrosion resistance. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician and certified rigging professional in accordance with ASME B30.16 overhead hoist standards and applicable NEC requirements. Disconnect and lock out all power before making any electrical connections or performing hoist mounting. Verify that the supporting structure is rated to handle the full dynamic load before placing the hoist in service. Do not exceed the rated 5-ton capacity or modify the prewired voltage configuration without following the manufacturer wiring instructions.
