Lever hoists must be installed and operated by qualified riggers or industrial maintenance personnel familiar with applicable ASME B30.21 standards for lever hoists. Never exceed the rated load capacity, and always ensure the hook is fully seated on a structurally adequate support point before applying load. The Brake Wear Indicator should be checked at each use interval.
