Jbl Professional Control 25AV 5.25 in 2-way Monitor Speaker

Product Description

The JBL PROFESSIONAL CONTROL 25AV is a 5.25 inch 2-way monitor speaker designed for all-weather installation environments. This compact full-range speaker delivers both low-frequency and high-frequency reproduction through a two-driver configuration, making it suitable for distributed audio systems in commercial and residential settings. The black finish integrates cleanly into ceilings, walls, and outdoor enclosures. Installation is handled by professional audio, low-voltage, or systems integration contractors who require a reliable, weather-resistant speaker solution for permanent mounting applications.

The CONTROL 25AV is built for all-weather deployment, making it appropriate for covered outdoor areas, covered patios, pool decks, atriums, and similar semi-exposed environments. It is also used in indoor commercial applications such as retail, restaurants, lobbies, and light commercial background music systems where a compact two-way monitor form factor is preferred. The unit ships individually, one speaker per unit of measure.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by licensed low-voltage or audio systems contractors following local building and electrical codes. Disconnect and de-energize the amplifier or audio distribution system before making speaker wiring connections. Verify that the mounting surface and hardware are rated for the speaker weight and environmental conditions at the installation site. Follow the manufacturer documentation for impedance matching and wiring to the amplifier channel.
