Jbl Commercial CSS-1S/T 2-way Surface Mount Speaker

Product Description

The JBL COMMERCIAL CSS-1S/T is a 2-way surface mount loudspeaker designed for commercial public address and distributed audio applications. Operating at 8 ohms, this speaker delivers full-range audio reproduction through a two-way driver configuration. It is built for permanent installation in commercial environments where reliable, consistent sound coverage is required. Audio contractors, systems integrators, and licensed low-voltage installers typically specify and install this unit in ceiling or wall surface mount configurations as part of a larger distributed audio or PA system.

The CSS-1S/T is suited for commercial interior spaces including retail, hospitality, corporate, and light institutional environments. It is intended for use in 70-volt or 8-ohm distributed audio systems where background music, paging, or general public address coverage is needed. Installation is performed by qualified audio-visual contractors or low-voltage technicians familiar with commercial sound system design and NEC low-voltage wiring requirements.
