This JB Industries CCLBV-A2L-60 Ball Valve Hose Set consists of three sixty-inch hoses designed specifically for A2L refrigerant systems. Each hose has a one-quarter inch by one-quarter inch female fitting with a quarter-turn ball valve that allows for easy control of refrigerant flow. This design meets non-venting requirements. The yellow hose is equipped with a reverse-thread A2L fitting on the tank side.

The hoses are constructed for durability and safety, featuring Kevlar reinforcement for strength and flexibility. A nitrile cover extends the product's lifespan. This hose set is rated for an 800 PSI working pressure and a burst pressure of 4000 PSI, reaching a safety factor of five to one. The innovative fitting design includes a hood that securely locks the gasket, protecting against blowouts.
