The Jay R. Smith 1010DPK roof drain and deck pan kit is ready to install. It includes a bottom outlet roof drain with a bowl flange, deck pan, no-hub coupling, and hardware. The deck plate mounts the roof drain at deck level, eliminating the need for an underdeck clamp. Available in 2 to 12 inch pipe sizes.
