The JACKSON SAFETY 29127 is a replacement lens protection kit designed to shield auto-darkening filter (ADF) cartridges from scratches, spatter, and airborne debris during welding operations. The kit includes five front safety plates and two rear safety plates, providing coverage on both sides of the ADF cartridge. Welders and fabricators install these plates as a low-cost maintenance item to extend the service life of the ADF cartridge and maintain clear optical performance throughout the job.

This kit is intended for use with JACKSON SAFETY Element auto-darkening filter cartridges. Front plates take the brunt of weld spatter and UV exposure, while rear plates protect the lens surface facing the welder. Replacing worn safety plates rather than the full ADF cartridge reduces downtime and overall equipment cost in production welding environments, fabrication shops, and field welding applications.
