The JACKSON SAFETY 20802 is a full brim, non-vented hard hat molded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for general-purpose head protection on job sites. The contoured dome shape features a distinctive ridgeline profile and a wrap-around brim that shields against sun, rain, and falling debris. A 4-point easy-dial ratcheting suspension adjusts to fit head sizes 6-1/2 to 8, and a replaceable sweatband keeps perspiration out of the eyes during extended shifts. This hard hat is part of the Advantage Series, the most economical full brim option in the Jackson Safety lineup.
The 20802 is suited for general all-around head protection in construction, utilities, industrial maintenance, and similar trades. The non-vented shell design makes it appropriate for environments where airborne particulates or chemical splash exposure requires a sealed shell. The full brim configuration provides 360-degree coverage, offering more shielding than cap-style alternatives in outdoor applications where sun and rain exposure are factors. Workers across multiple trades and site types use this style as a standard-issue daily-wear hard hat.
Designed as a general-purpose full brim hard hat for trade and industrial applications requiring standard head protection in non-vented shell configurations.
Hard hat fit and suspension adjustment should be confirmed before each use. Inspect the shell and suspension for cracks, dents, or UV degradation before wearing. Follow applicable ANSI and site safety requirements for head protection class and replacement intervals. Do not modify the shell or suspension, and replace any component that shows signs of impact damage.
