The JACKSON SAFETY 19502 Western Outlaw Hard Hat is a cowboy-style protective helmet molded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for a combination of light weight and impact resistance. The 360-degree wide brim extends coverage over the face, neck, and ears, providing shelter from sun and rain on outdoor jobsites. A 4-point ratchet suspension system adjusts to fit head sizes from 6.5 inches to 8 inches, and an absorbent brow pad wicks perspiration away from the eyes. This hard hat is designed for use by construction workers, utility crews, and other trade professionals who require ANSI-compliant head protection in an outdoor work environment.
The 19502 is suited for outdoor construction, utility, and industrial applications where overhead hazard protection and extended brim sun coverage are both required. The wide brim cowboy design is particularly effective on open-air sites, road construction, and landscaping or utility work where workers face prolonged sun exposure. The tan color helps reflect heat. This unit is sold individually (UOM: Each) with a minimum order quantity of 4 units per order.
Designed as a standard ANSI Z89.1 Type 1 hard hat compatible with common accessory suspension components and brow pad replacements sized for full-brim and wide-brim helmet styles.
Hard hats should be inspected before each use for cracks, dents, or suspension damage and replaced immediately if structural integrity is compromised. Ratchet suspension should be adjusted to achieve a snug, level fit before entering a work zone. Do not modify, drill, paint, or apply adhesive solvents to the shell, as these actions can degrade HDPE structural performance. Replacement is recommended after any impact event, regardless of visible damage.
