The JACKSON SAFETY 16767 is the 695 NPR Winterliner, a cold-weather head and neck liner designed for workers operating in low-temperature environments. Rated for use in temperatures ranging from 0 degrees F down to -20 degrees F, this liner provides full coverage of the head and neck with a wide wraparound collar that seals out wind and cold. Leather and Nomex attachment tabs allow the liner to secure directly to compatible hard hats, making it a practical add-on for job sites where both head protection and thermal insulation are required simultaneously.
The 695 NPR Winterliner is suited for outdoor and industrial applications where workers face sustained cold exposure, including construction, utility maintenance, and general site work in winter conditions. The universal sizing accommodates a wide range of head sizes, reducing the need to stock multiple sizes. It is worn under hard hats and is intended for use by trades professionals working in environments where temperatures drop below freezing.
Designed for use with hard hats that accept standard liner attachment tabs. The Leather and Nomex tab design is intended to interface with compatible hard hat suspension systems.
Installation of this liner requires no tools. Place the liner over the head and secure the Leather and Nomex tabs to the attachment points inside a compatible hard hat before donning the hard hat. Inspect tabs and attachment points before each use to confirm secure fit. Replace if tabs show wear or damage that could compromise retention.
