The JACKSON SAFETY 16760 is a cold-weather hard hat liner designed to extend the wearable range of standard hard hats in freezing and sub-freezing job site conditions. Rated for temperatures from 0 degrees F down to -20 degrees F, this winterliner fits inside compatible hard hats and provides insulated coverage for the head, neck, and face. The long nape and wraparound design creates a snug fit that seals out wind and cold, making it a practical addition to personal protective equipment for outdoor trade work in harsh winter conditions.
The 16760 is intended for use by construction workers, electricians, linemen, and other trade professionals working in cold outdoor environments where standard hard hat suspension systems offer no thermal protection. The liner is sized for use as an individual unit and is suited for residential and commercial job sites, utility work, and industrial facilities where cold-weather PPE compliance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement winterliner for use with compatible full-brim and cap-style hard hats that accommodate standard internal liners.
Installation is performed by the end user and requires no tools. The liner is inserted inside the hard hat shell, with fastener straps securing it in place against the suspension system. Inspect the hard hat suspension for proper fit before use. Follow your employer's PPE program and applicable OSHA cold-weather work guidelines when deploying cold-weather head protection.
