The welding helmet has an extended front for increased throat protection from slag, sparks and other physical hazards. Plus, it’s hard hat adaptable (adaptor sold separately), meets ANSI Z87.1- standards and is CSA compliant. The Passive Welding Helmets are perfectly suited and priced for the cost-conscious welder. They offer a clear, unobstructed view of the weld puddle and come equipped with a Shade 10 polycarbonate filter. They are ideal for students, hobbyists and inspectors.
