The ISCAR 7006322 is a coolant hose designed to deliver cutting fluid precisely to the cutting zone in CNC turning and grooving operations. With a nozzle diameter of 1/8 inch and a hose length of 200mm (approximately 7.87 inches), this hose provides targeted coolant flow that reduces heat buildup, extends tool life, and improves chip evacuation. The G1/8 BSPP threaded connection ensures a secure, leak-resistant fit on compatible toolholders. Machinists and toolroom technicians install this hose as part of a modular coolant delivery setup on turning centers and lathes.
This coolant hose is intended for use with grooving and turning tools, grooving holders, parting and recessing holders, lever lock toolholders, and screw lock toolholders. It is suited for metalworking environments where precise coolant placement is required to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish in tight-tolerance turning or grooving cuts. Sold as a single piece, it is a direct replacement or supplemental component in an existing modular coolant hose system.
Designed for use with grooving and turning tools, grooving holders, parting and recessing holders, lever lock toolholders, and screw lock toolholders that accept a G1/8 BSPP coolant hose connection.
Installation is performed by a machinist or toolroom technician during tool setup or maintenance. Shut off coolant flow and depressurize the coolant system before removing or installing any hose component. Hand-tighten the BSPP threaded connection and confirm it is snug before restoring coolant pressure to avoid leaks at the fitting. Verify coolant flow direction and nozzle aim at the cutting edge before resuming machining operations.
