The ISCAR 7006319 is a coolant hose designed to direct cutting fluid precisely to the cutting zone on CNC lathes and turning centers. The hose features a 7/16 inch nozzle diameter and a 200mm (approximately 7.87 inches) hose length, offering flexible positioning around toolholders. The G1/8 inch BSPP and UNF thread standard allows straightforward connection to machine coolant supply ports. This part is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians working with grooving, parting, and recessing operations where coolant placement is critical to tool life and chip evacuation.
This coolant hose is suited for use with grooving and turning tools, grooving holders, parting and recessing holders, lever lock toolholders, and screw lock toolholders. It is a single-piece unit intended as a direct replacement or supplemental coolant delivery component. Typical installations are found in production turning operations on CNC and manual lathes where through-tool or directed coolant is used to control heat and improve surface finish on difficult materials.
Designed for use with grooving and turning tools, grooving holders, parting and recessing holders, lever lock toolholders, and screw lock toolholders as stated by the manufacturer.
Installation is performed by a machinist or toolroom technician. Shut off the machine coolant supply and confirm the spindle is fully stopped before connecting or repositioning the hose. Thread engagement should be snug and leak-free without over-tightening the BSPP or UNF fitting. Verify nozzle aim is directed at the cutting edge before resuming machining operations.
