The ISCAR 7003185 is a countersunk-head cap screw designed to secure indexable inserts in milling toolholders. It features a T9 Torx drive and an M3 x 0.5 thread, with an overall length of 0.29 inches (7.40 mm). Built for use with the ClickFit and FeedMill series toolholders, this screw provides the precise clamping force needed to keep inserts seated correctly under milling loads. It is installed by toolroom technicians and machinists during insert changes or toolholder setup.
This cap screw is intended for indexable milling applications where insert retention hardware must match specific toolholder geometry. It is compatible with the FF EW-CF toolholder style and is driven with a T-9/51 key driver. Typical use cases include face milling and high-feed milling setups in job shop and production machining environments. Sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of 5 units.
Designed for use with the FF EW-CF toolholder style in the ClickFit and FeedMill series. Compatible inserts include FF WOCT 060212T, FF WOCT 09T320T, FF WOMT 060212T-M, FF WOMT 09T320-CS, FF WOMT 09T320T, FF WOMW 060212T-M, and FF WOMW 09T320T.
Insert replacement and screw installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Always index the machine spindle to a safe position and confirm the tool is secured before beginning insert service. Use only the specified T-9/51 Torx key driver to seat the screw. Do not substitute a standard hex key or impact driver, as these can damage the Torx recess or over-torque the thread.
