The ISCAR 7000286 is a countersunk-head cap screw designed for securing indexable inserts in milling toolholders. It uses a T20 Torx drive and an M4 x 0.7 thread, with an overall length of 0.4134 inches (10.50 mm). The screw is part of the IscarMill series and is installed using the BLD T20/M7 key driver. Licensed machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC setup personnel handle this type of hardware during insert changes and toolholder maintenance on milling equipment.
This cap screw is used in milling applications with F45ST-style toolholders. It is compatible with a defined set of indexable inserts in the SEHW and SEKT and SEMT and SEMW families. The screw ships individually but carries a minimum order quantity of 5 units, making it suited for stocking as a consumable replacement fastener in production or job-shop environments where insert changes are frequent.
Compatible with F45ST toolholders and the following indexable inserts: SEHW 1204AFTN, SEKT 09T3AF-N, SEKT 1204AFR-HM, SEKT 1204AFR-RM, SEMT 1204AF-R-HS, SEMT 1204AFTN-76, SEMT 12T3AFTN-76, and SEMW 1204AFTN. Designed for use with the BLD T20/M7 key driver.
Installation and insert changes should be performed by qualified machinists or toolroom personnel. Disengage the machine and follow lockout/tagout procedures before servicing any toolholder or replacing inserts. Use only the specified BLD T20/M7 key driver with this screw to avoid stripping the Torx recess. Do not substitute a standard hex or Phillips driver, as this can damage both the screw head and the toolholder pocket.
